At this point in time, the comments policy is 

  1. no comments

Why?  It’s not you; it’s me.  I simply haven’t the time to oversight, moderate, or respond to comments.  Perhaps when I’m less stretched, but not now.

Update: times are a tad easier, so comments are open…

I should add the usual rules apply: comments are moderated, trolls will not be tolerated, people are to be civil etc
